This villa project, with its modern architecture and design and soft, understated contemporary style, is located in the Mougin countryside, just a stone’s throw from Cannes.
The house is slightly open on the north side along the access road, and opens to the south and east onto ground-floor terraces and the swimming pool.
Covered by a non-accessible gravel terrace roof, it blends into the wooded surroundings with its interplay of terraces, skylights and large windows reflecting the surrounding vegetation and trees.
Exterior walkways are laid out in open green spaces. Rectangular windows and French windows open up the various sides of the building.
The cladding materials used are sober, with local dry stone cladding in a very light beige tint, wood cladding in very thin strips, and white caps forming “boxes”, the interior faces of which are rendered in dark grey. Exterior joinery is dark grey aluminium.
This bespoke villa d’archictecte project is currently under construction in Mougins.
