Marcoux Mathern & Associés, experts in the construction and renovation of luxury properties on the Côte d’Azur, have designed a new production plant specializing in fine fragrances, home perfumes and cosmetics.
The project involves the renovation of an industrial-style factory building, inspired by smooth, slightly beige and gray finishes. The general volumetry of the existing building remains unchanged, with only the facades modified by our architects specialized in high-end villa renovation, to give the building a more modern, contemporary look.
