New construction and interior design.
Captivating with its majestic driveway and stone walls, this Villa is a timeless piece of architecture. On the outside, it adopts the style of a traditional country house, using the same materials: oak shutters and joinery, Venetian cut stone and lime rendering. The volumes blend harmoniously to create a complex, coherent whole. The pool house, set at a lower level than the pool, minimizes its visual impact from the villa. The pool, centered on the central gallery, rises slightly, adapted to the surrounding terrain. The north-western part becomes a fruit and rose garden, enhanced by stone terraces.
Inside, the wine cellar reveals a palpable authenticity with its criss-cross walls and captivating bottle arrangement, creating an exceptional sensory experience. A brass artwork at the entrance, inspired by the villa’s bronze ambiences, creates ripples by offering a unique architectural experience. The balanced staircases showcase a remarkable work of art, with their curved stone plinths and unique balustrade contrasting with the brass olive branch chandelier specially designed for this project. The villa becomes a space where every element reveals a symbiosis between past and present, a singular aesthetic experience, blending traditional charm with modern comfort.
