Renaissance of an exceptional property, combining architectural rigor and precious materials.
Located in a prestigious environment, Villa P is the result of a complete redevelopment project carried out by Marcoux Mathern & Associés. The existing structures, originally modern but austere, were elegantly reinterpreted to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of an exceptional property.
The architectural project is based on a play of interlocking volumes and solar panels, structuring the facade and revealing the terraces on the upper floors. The aim is to bring rhythm, light and a new interpretation to the spaces.
Every intervention – from rewriting the facades to reconfiguring the master suite – aims to enhance the atmosphere and the living experience. Careful attention to interior design is reflected in custom-designed works: lighting fixtures, screen walls, furniture and joinery are crafted in noble materials such as high-gloss varnished ebony, rock crystal, onyx and gilded brass.
The swimming pool, SPA and landscaped areas complete this confidential villa, where every detail reflects a masterful vision of discreet luxury.
