In essence, Villa S. challenges codes: it invents itself in irregularity, assumes its eclecticism, and sublimates the material.
The Villa S. is a confidential holiday home, the result of a private commission with a commitment to formal freedom and aesthetic singularity. The project was born from an existing volume with chaotic lines, which the agency was able to reveal with a strong, graphic and resolutely personal architectural style.
Rather than erasing the initial anarchism, the architects drew on it to create a new spatial language nourished by verticality, cut-outs and material effects. Metal screens, meticulous layouts, mirror effects, luminous design and a two-tone swimming pool become the signatures of a ubiquitous vocabulary.
The result is a villa sculpted in the tension between geometry and emotion, where the interior dialogues with the exterior, and every detail tells of the radically unique character of the place and its occupants.
